Principle Job Duties
Monitoring all credit card transactions.
Ordering, stocking, and pulling office supplies.
Preparing and posting payments to Finance system.
Assisting with various job duties in the Warehouse.

Ideal Candidate will
be 18 years of age or older
have prior experience and certification operating a Fork Lift
have intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Example of Duties
Receiving calls and/or greeting visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
Maintaining and/or creating files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials.
Copying and collating documents, sends faxes and performs similar office tasks.
Retrieving data found in databases to generate requested reports.
Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail.

Typical Qualifications
(includes knowledge, skills, and abilities required upon entry into position and trainable after entry into position)

communicate fluently in English
follow written and/or oral instructions
compose and produce reports, documents, and related material
read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
operate a computer keyboard
ability to operate fork lift

In order to work at the Utah State Developmental Center as part of the CMS COVID-19 mandate, you must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have received at least your first dose of the two shot series and have scheduled the 2nd dose before you start.
Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
