The Office of Recovery Services in Salt Lake City is looking for dedicated people to work as Compliance Agents. Compliance Agents use automated computer systems to identify and determine the whereabouts of obligors, their employment, and sources of other income or assets.
Principal Duties
The Agent will need to be able to:
communicate with individuals or organizations to secure delinquent payments
review and verify account balances
perform research
negotiate settlements
clearly explain laws, policy and procedures, etc. to others

Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
