Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Government Contractor to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and manage programs that address public health issues and support community needs. Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs aimed at addressing addiction counseling and public health initiatives.
Manage volunteer recruitment and oversee their activities to ensure effective program delivery.
Lead project management efforts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Utilize social media management strategies to promote programs and engage the community.
Collaborate with other organizations and agencies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
Conduct assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Experience
Candidates should have a background in social work or a related field, with experience in the following areas being highly desirable:

Addiction counseling
Program development
Volunteer management
Project management
Recruiting
Social media management
Supervising
Leadership

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
