Do you have OUTSTANDING customer service skills in person and over the phone? Do you have a helpful, friendly personality? Could you be the point person that everyone relies on for information and directions?
If you have Exceptional “First Impression” skills, then the Switchboard Operator position at the Utah State Hospital may be for you!

This is a part time, benefitted position

Principle Duties

Providing Administration building front office reception
Managing a multi-line switchboard and directing calls
Operate a variety of radio and telephone communications equipment
Schedule the use of fleet vehicles, gyms and other shared use areas

The Ideal CandidatePrior professional switchboard experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior data entry experience
Flexibility and desire to provide coverage for various work schedules
Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, weekends (cover shifts when needed)
