Our Behavioral Health team that helps individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities live fuller lives and reach their highest level of independence and personal development, is searching for a Behavioral Data Specialist.Principal DutiesAs Behavior Data Specialist you will: Gather behavior data from the Behavioral Health team.Input data into proper computer program.Provide data for psych clinics and Human Rights Committee.Minimum QualificationsAn ideal candidate for this position will be able to: has several years of experience using software such as Microsoft Office and Google Office features, in a professional capacity.is an excellent communicator. has a strong professional ethical code, treating sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.has a cheerful and helpful demeanor, is customer service oriented, and interested in taking ownership of their assigned duties.is detail oriented, with advanced organizational skills and time-management ability.will demonstrate accuracy and proficiency in writing, editing, and data entry. has some experience working in a health care or mental health facility. has experience using eChart, Revver, Google Meet.Preferences will be given to the following applicants: experience working with eChart, Revver, Word, Excel.has experience working in a health care or mental health facility.experience managing behavior data.familiarity with the objectives of advisory committees that we work with on a regular basis (e.g., Human Rights, Peer Review, SBRC).Our Amazing TeamWe are mission-driven; promoting and offering improved quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Maintain correspondence, documentation, and other written communication.Types and prepares reports or other written materials from source documents, transcription, etc. in an accurate and timely manner.Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents, orders, records and/or other written materials in an accurate a timely manner.Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy and completeness; update information and/or evaluate against policy; compare elements for consistency or logical relationships, etc. Locating and assembling records and information and preparing and generating recurring reports. Other tasks which may include, but are not limited to: performing basic accounting functions, maintaining calendars, schedules and coordinating appointments, meetings, training, facilities and other activities as well as ordering, receiving and storing materials, and/or supplies as neededGather and total behavior dataInput data into proper computer program.Provide data for psych clinics and Human Rights Committee.Attend meetings and take notes, as needed.
