This is a working level position that includes payroll support, travel coordination and reimbursements as well as other administrative duties.

This position may be remote with some required in office work, located at: Taylorsville State Office Building 4315 S 2700 W Taylorsville, Utah. You must reside within Utah or be looking to relocate in order to be considered for this position.

Example of Duties
Primary Duties:

Coordinates and/or manages support services such as: payroll, physical security, facilities, purchasing, surplus property, etc.
Coordinates anything travel related for the agency
Coordinate building remodel projects including the monitoring of project specific budgets and spending to ensure the project holds to estimated budgets
Coordinates motor pool activities; maintains records of allocation, use, maintenance and requisition of vehicles; prepares accounting reports regarding vehicle use
Monitoring and ordering supplies for office equipment
Writing or drafting correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials
Gathers, organizes, and analyzes statistical data in order to provide management with information needed to evaluate and develop special programs.
Imaging and storing records into electronic records archive
Performs other duties as assigned

ensure compliance with contract terms, policies and procedures, etc.

bookkeeping procedures
document accounts receivables and/or payables
principles, theories, and practices inventory control

Supplemental Information

Employment contingent on passing a drug screening and a background check.
Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
