The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS), within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is looking for a dedicated professional to fill our Program Coordinator position. As the Program Coordinator you will coordinate various administrative systems, such as grievances, constituent complaints, and other administrative functions of the Division.
Principal Duties:
Reviews, investigates, documents and processes grievances, constituent complaints, and/or implements disciplinary actions.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
Provides program reports to management and the Division.
Develops criteria for evaluating programs, proposals and/or other pertinent information.
Facilitates the use of research data to improve existing programs and utilization of resources.
Conducts training needs assessments and assists train end-users on the program process.
Perform other administrative tasks or projects as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience working directly with health and/or human service programs.
Has knowledge of electronic Case Management or related Tracking system.
Has knowledge of program evaluation and data informed decision making.
Has research and data management experience.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking/writing so others will understand.
The ability to standardize processes.
