Are you a self-starter interested in helping individuals with disabilities find community integrated employment and be engaged in their community? Join the Division of Services for People with Disabilities as the Program Administrator supporting the Division’s provider base, participant base, and families in supported employment and community integration!

The Program Administrator is responsible for executing the Division’s strategic plan to educate, communicate, and support Division participants, providers, and families in seeking community-based integrated employment and community integration. This includes helping develop communication plans, strengthening existing community partnerships, assisting in provider transformation, and ensuring community integration for the individuals we serve.

Principal Duties
As the Program Administrator you will:Act as a point of contact for the Division’s supported employment efforts.
Identify problems or concerns with existing functions and seek improvement.
Ensure service compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Work closely with the University Center on Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Center for Employment and Inclusion at Utah State University.
Assist in the development, execution, and evaluation of Division programs, materials, trainings, and events centered on supported employment.
Provide training to Division staff and community stakeholders.
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts on systems change.
The Ideal CandidateHas experience supporting individuals with disabilities to lead self-determined lives.
Has experience leading projects that include multiple agencies from different departments.
Has experience developing and/or executing strategic plans.
Has experience leading projects directly related to supported employment for people with disabilities.
Has experience in Person-Centered thinking and processes.
Preference
May be given to applicants with any of the above items.
