Responsibilities
Principal Duties
Run payroll reports and correct errors
Calculate gross pay, taxes, and state-paid benefits
Process wage garnishments, levies, notice letter, interrogatories, and holds
Process national medical support notices
Provide customer service to state employees and others.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
The best qualified candidate for this position will have:
Experience using payroll systems
An understanding of and experience in payroll laws and processes
Experience in in-bound and out-bound customer service
Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bi-lingual preferred
Supplemental Information
This position is eligible for a partial telework. The selected employee may be able to telework up to three days per week.
