JJS Office Specialist II

The ideal candidate is able toWork independently and is able to use sound judgment
Maintain confidentiality
Multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
Communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
Principal Duties
Providing customer service when clients, family or community partners come in
Attending meetings and take minutes
Coordinate meetings, trainings and JJS events
Providing administrative support
Working with families and youth
General office cleaning
Answering multi-line phones
Prepare and process documents; data entry
Maintain files and record keeping systems
Preference
May be given to candidates who have advanced office skills and knowledge of JJS’s mission & goals.
May be given to candidates who are 19+ years of age
