The Office of Recovery Services help ensure that parents are financially responsible for their children by providing child support services.

If you enjoy working in a quiet office environment on a small team with opportunities for advancement, this job is for you! Utilize and learn a variety of office skills in a great atmosphere, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. There is no evening, weekend, or major holiday work required! This position offers excellent benefits with a schedule to allow more time to spend with your family instilling a positive work-life balance. The Office of Recovery Services in Salt Lake City is looking for a team player to work as an Office Specialist I preparing documents for process service.

By the end of 2022, the Salt Lake office will be moving to the Taylorsville State Office Building (TSOB) located at 4315 South 4700 West, Taylorsville, Utah 84129.

Principal Job Duties
We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated person who will provide office support by completing a variety of tasks such as:
Preparing and assigning process service paperwork
Contacting Sheriff’s offices and Constables via phone and email
Process Service research and monitoring
Other duties as assigned
