Full Job Description
The Department of Environmental Quality is seeking an Office Specialist II to work in the Division of Drinking Water.
As the Office Specialist II you will typically:Generate and finalize correspondence, technical reports, and memorandums.
Coordinate travel for the Rules Section.
Perform data entry and database maintenance.
Manage filing systems, including organizing, tracking, filing and archiving both electronic and hard copy files.
The ideal person for this position will possess:Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience providing exceptional service to external and internal customers.
Experience with data entry and working in databases.
Experience with file management.
