Responsibilities
Distribute all checks issued by the State of Utah
Partner with agencies to research and replace checks
Assist Taxpayers in locating and receiving their funds
Administer the tax writs of garnishment for the Division of Finance
Provide recommendations for opportunities to improve efficiencies
Process and deposit all mail for the Division of Finance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Experience working at the State of Utah
Experience in data entry and transactions management
Experience with garnishments
Strong customer service mindset
An inquisitive mindset
Supplemental Information
This position is not eligible for teleworking and is an in office 5 days a week position.
