Full Job Description
The Department of Environmental Quality is seeking Office Specialists to work in their Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR). These positions will perform critical tasks both supporting working groups and as the front desk receptionist.
As DERR Support Staff you will typically:
Provide office support to a workgroup. Including attending meetings, taking minutes, finalizing correspondence, etc.
Provide receptionist and front desk support.
Scan incoming mail and historical DERR documents.
Assist with payment processing for the DERR.
The ideal person for this position will possess:
Experience providing excellent customer service.
Experience in Word, Excel and Google.
The ability to learn other computer programs quickly.
The ability to be responsible and dependable.
The ability to be self-motivated.
Preference may be given to those with previous office experience.
