Process Specialist

JOB
The Licensor I processes data for human services programs, child care programs or health care facilities. Creates reports, enters information into the data systems, and may communicate to other outside entities such as DWS. Assists with collection of materials for GRAMA requests. Provides support for division staff.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data; reports findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations.Maintains contact with applicable agencies/organizations for guidance in the solution of compliance problems.Provides consultation, makes recommendations, gives appropriate advice, and/or facilitates decisions related to public information.Issues approved licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, etc.Assists with the collection of materials for GRAMA requests.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
